The following text is the testimony of Michael Robertson from January, 2021, recounting the crimes committed against him and his family by Edward Troy Stoffers, and his ex-wife, Julia Bacolas in 1998.  

"My family had the misfortune of meeting Edward Troy Stoffers in 1998.

"This man was brought to my home through my ex-wife’s drug abusing friend, Chyrell Montenegro. Chryell is the poster child for crystal meth amphetamine abuse, and if there happens to be a picture in the encyclopedia under “meth addict” you may see someone resembling this woman."

"Under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Ed Stoffers lamented about accusations made by his own ex-wife that he had molested his own daughter and had no contact with that family. It was later learned that Ed Stoffers was charged in California for sex with underage minors."

"I discussed with Edward Troy Stoffers on several occasions to keep crystal meth amphetamines away from my wife, Julie Bacolas, as she was trying to recover from a severe meth addiction and it was destroying my family. 

This man took that information and began providing my ex-wife, Julie Bacolas, with these drugs in exchange for “relations”, as he himself was a crystal meth amphetamine drug dealer.

Edward  T. Stoffers, 54, of Kingman, was arrested April 17, 2017, in reference to a  Kingman Justice Court felony warrant for alleged dangerous drugs.

"My ex-wife, Julie Bacolas, kidnapped my children from my care and I received custody in a divorce proceeding I filed in 1998. Initially, I was granted temporary emergency custody, then I was granted custodial parenting of our common children."

"While in my ex-wife’s care, it was determined that my youngest daughter, had been sexually abused by Edward Stoffers. A case was opened with the Glendale Police Department and audio tapes of counseling sessions with family counselor was provided to both Child Protective Services and the Glendale Police Department. During these allegations, visitation was not severed by the Superior Court for my ex-wife Julie Bacolas, but the perpetrator was not allowed contact with my children. Upon an investigation presented to the court by Colonel John T. Tavernaro, the background on this perpetrator was established with documentary evidence to the Superior Court."

"The detective from the Glendale Police Department in Arizona attempted to make contact at the last known address of these two individuals, but they skipped town to avoid questioning and the forthcoming prosecution for the molestation of my daughter."

"Julie Bacolas was granted joint custody of our common four children, she had ongoing visitation rights to see these children (barring the perpetrator Edward Troy Stoffers from contact), and I was made the custodial parent for these children, based wholly on Julie Bacolas’ documented record and character as an unfit mother based on previous desertions, untreated crystal meth addiction, documented instances of prostitution to support her drug habit, and a general apathy towards her children, home, and family."

"The Glendale Police in conjunction with Colonel John T. Tavernaro, officer of the Superior Court, made numerous attempts to find these characters. I was told that based on an arrest warrant out of California for escaping from a minimum security holding facility, the ongoing charges and accusations of abusing minors and children, as well as his career as a drug dealer, that Mr. Stoffers was the type of person very hard to locate, as his type of person lives on the “fringes” of society as to not be found to answer for his crimes. I was told that people like this rarely put leases, utilities, etc. In their name to avoid being found."

JULIA BACOLAS PERPETRATES NARCISSISTIC MENTICIDE IN 2009! 

After walking out on her children, the joint custody, and the visitations of her children, all granted by the Superior Court in our divorce in 1998, Julie Bacolas returned to the children’s lives in 2009 and perpetrated a heinous act of narcissictic menticide against her severely mentally ill adolescent children, survirors of her maternal neglect and abuse in 1998:

"My children suffered from severe mental illness, in part due to the trauma from divorce and their mother’s drug addiction. I tried to rationalize with these poor children that I, the father, had already been given the rights as the custodial parent and I was only seeking to end or limit visitations while the perpetrator, Ed Stoffers, was in the picture. Try rationalizing with severely mentally ill teenagers who believe their mother would never leave and desert her own children for a know pedophile, but that is exactly what the history of the divorce case was."

The mother had a legal right to always be part of her children’s life, but she chose a life with her perpetrator boyfriend over contact with her own children. She left a joint custody agreement, visitation, and support of her children for a “lifestyle” with Ed Stoffers.

There is very little if anything online regarding this disgusting human being, Edward Troy Stoffers. A post a couple years ago shows that he was arrested for burglary, but I could not ascertain if he was convicted and served any time. Thus the life of man who lives on the fringes of society, leaving a wake of victims in his path.
