Michael Robertson first met Kalin Wynne in 2007 on a company outing to Salt River Recreation to go tubing, in Arizona.
Mr. Robertson, being a family man and father of seven children, liked including his own kids in company functions as owner of his own business.
Kalin Wynne enjoyed tubing with the older Robertson children that day and he hosted Twalla Robertson and her daughter for dinner that night after a fun day of swimming at Salt River.
In 2007, Kalin Wynne lived with her biological father, David Wynne, of Mesa, Arizona. David Wynne became the custodial parent when Twalla Robertson was incarcerated in Tennessee, and Twalla's mother, Faye Larue Kee aka Faye Larue Gamble, refused to watch over and care for her granddaughter while her daughter was in prison.
In 2008, Twalla Robertson contacted Michael Robertson to follow up on a friendship she started with him and his family when she was previously employed at his company.
To this day, Twalla Robertson will share why she decided to marry Michael. Twalla was impressed with the relationship he had with his own children. At that time, Michael was a single father raising four children.
Twalla loved the close family life of the Robertson home, she loved the relationship Michael had with his own kids, and she loved the Bacolas children.
That was 2008, a year before Julie Bacolas returned to the lives of the Bacolas children, who conducted a Machiavellian menticide on the minds and memories of her children, causing the full blown expression of severe mental illness in children she had abandoned for almost 10 years. Julia Bacolas returned to the lives of the Bacolas children in 2009, drastically altering the outcomes for her family, and a second family that followed.
In 2007, Michael Robertson married his second wife, Twalla Robertson, and had their first child in 2008. The custody arraignment Twalla had with David included the mother having her daughter the first half of every summer. Kalin Wynn enjoyed the first summer at the Robertson home in Surprise and the family loved and spoiled out new addition to the family in 2009.

It was the second half of summer of 2009 and Kalin Wynne had returned back to her father, David Wynne's home in Mesa, Arizona.
Twalla and I were operating our business from our home in Surprise, Arizona, when the phone rang and I heard Twalla screaming and crying, yelling at me, "We gotta go to Mesa, Kalin has been raped!"
Twalla Robertson was on her cell phone talking to the Mesa Police Department while Michael sped frantically on the highway getting to Mesa that day.
When the couple arrived, they were ushered to an area of the police department where they met Amy Powell. Amy was one of David Wynne's old girlfriends who bonded with Kalin when she dated her father. After the two broke up, Amy Powell maintained a close relationship with that little girl, knowing she did not have a mother figure in her life with Twalla out of state and incarcerated. Amy Powell always had a very special and sweet relationship with Kalin Wynne.
Amy met Michael and Twalla in a t-shirt and shorts, totally covered in blood.
Apparently, the rape had lasted for nine hours, and during a break in the assault, Kalin Wynne called Amy Powell for help.
Amy Powell called the Mesa Police Department and went to the neighbors house to wait for the officers to arrive on the scene. According to Amy's account of those events, the police were late arriving on the scene. In order to avoid Phillip Menting from leaving the scene of the crime, Amy entered the residence, found Phillip Menting packing his belongings and discussing his guilt in the assault that had just taken place against Kalin Wynne.
Upon the arrival of Amy Powell, Kalin left to the neighbors home on Amy's instructions to wait for the police.
According to Amy, Phillip Menting was high on psychedelics mushrooms and other drugs to fuel his nine hours of abuse. Amy recounts that Phillip told her that he was probably going to be sent to jail for what he did, so he told Amy Powell that he was going to rape her as well.
The sexual assault of Amy Powell was attempted by Phillip Menting while the Mesa Police in Arizona was late arriving on the scene. Michael Robertson asked Amy where she had been injured due to all the blood on her clothing, and Amy replied that it was Phillip's blood, and not hers.
Amy Powell was a petite girl in her early 30s, not big enough to fight off a grown man the size of Phillip Menting. However, Amy was a former correctional officer and knew how to fight and subdue a suspect. According to Amy, Phillip tried to enter her in several ways and beat her, but she fought back, bit his testicles, and caused the perpetrator other injuries, which accounted for the blood on Amy Powell's clothing that day.

Twalla said on many occasions that David Wynne argued that he trusted Phillip Menting with their daughter more than Twalla, so the mother left David with her infant daughter due to safety concerns.

If Twalla Robertson's wishes were followed, and Larue Kee was not "too busy" with her life to care for her own granddaughter for the two years when Twalla was incarcerated, then Kalin would not have been returned to David Wynne in Arizona. David would never had custody of Kalin, the girl would never have been exposed to a pedophile, and the rape would never had occurred.
Therefore, Faye Larue Kee, Faye Larue Gamble, shares responsibility with the rape of her granddaughter that occurred in Mesa, Arizona, in 2009, while in the care of her biological father, David Wynne, and perpetrated by Phillip Menting, who was known to be David Wynne's best friend and had contact with her granddaughter, and an admitted pedophile.
